[Client name], a direct-to-consumer brand, was moving from social media orders to a proper online store. We designed and launched a custom Shopify store in [6] weeks, ready to handle orders, payments and delivery at scale.

The Challenge

Orders were taken through Instagram and WhatsApp messages, then copied by hand into a spreadsheet. Mistakes in sizes, addresses and payments were frequent, and the team could not keep up during busy periods.

The brand also needed local payment methods and cash on delivery, plus courier integration. A generic theme did not match the brand's look or show product details the way customers expected.

Our Solution

Designed a custom Shopify theme in Figma that reflects the brand's style on mobile and desktop.
Structured collections, product variants and filters so customers find the right size and colour fast.
Integrated local payment gateways and cash on delivery alongside card payments.
Connected courier apps for automatic tracking numbers and order status messages.
Added abandoned cart emails, WhatsApp chat and product reviews to support conversions.
Installed the Meta Pixel and GA4 e-commerce tracking from launch day.
