[Client name] is a [service] firm whose old website no longer reflected the quality of its work. We designed and developed a new site in [8] weeks that explains their services clearly and makes it easy for visitors to get in touch.

The Challenge

The previous site was built on an outdated template, loaded slowly on phones and had no separate page for each service. Potential clients had to read a long homepage to understand what the company actually offered.

The team also could not update content themselves, so news, projects and staff changes went months without being published. Contact requests came through a single generic form that often landed in spam.

Our Solution

  • Ran discovery workshops to define the main audiences, their questions and the action we wanted each to take.
  • Planned a sitemap with one focused page per service, a projects section and an about page that builds trust.
  • Designed mobile-first layouts in Figma with clear headings, short paragraphs and visible call-to-action buttons.
  • Built the site on Next.js with optimised images, so pages load quickly even on slower mobile networks.
  • Connected an easy content editor so staff can publish projects and updates without a developer.
  • Set up GA4 events for calls, form submissions and WhatsApp clicks to measure real enquiries.

How We Worked

01

Discover

We interviewed the owners and reviewed client questions to shape the content plan.

02

Design

Wireframes and visual designs were approved page by page before any code was written.

03

Develop

We built reusable components so new pages stay consistent as the site grows.

04

Launch

We redirected old URLs, tested every form and trained the team on editing.

Key Takeaway

A business website works best when every service has its own page and every page ends with one obvious next step. Speed and mobile layout are not extras, because most first visits happen on a phone. Giving your own team a simple way to publish updates keeps the site current and saves agency costs over time.
